Construction: Portable Restrooms
Rent Portable Restrooms and porta potties from Anderson Rentals Inc. in Mims, Florida.

Portable Toilet
Equipped with standard venting, urinals, spring loaded doors and inside latches - these are the perfect model for construction sites or anywhere that sanitation facilities are not currently available. We deliver to your site, clean the unit and service it with fresh deodorizer and toilet paper and then remove it from your site when you notify us.

Portable Toilet - High-Rise, Elevator, Crane Lift Units
High-Rise, Crane Rig or Elevator units - if you need a restroom for a multi-story job, we have it. Due to access problems, we request the rental of 2 units for every unit needed. Units are swapped around as needed with one unit remaining on the ground in a service accessible area. This insures that your restrooms can be maintained in a timely manner and that your work crews and cranes are not interrupted when the service truck arrives. The additional cost of the extra unit is far cheaper than the labor and crane operator costs and allows you to swap units around as needed.

Portables with Hand Sanitizer
Equipped with standard venting, urinals, spring loaded doors and inside latches - these are the perfect models for construction sites or anywhere that sanitation facilities are not currently available. In addition, these restrooms can be equipped with a waterless hand sanitizer dispenser eliminating the need for sinks. We deliver to your site, clean the unit and service it with fresh chemical, gel and toilet paper per service schedules and then remove it from your site when you notify us.

Towable Portable Toilet
These portable restrooms are mounted on utility trailers to allow for easy transport between jobs by the customer's vehicle. Each portable is equipped with either self-contained hand washing units or waterless hand sanitizer dispensers. Depending on your needs, trailers can be rigged for open road transport but speeds cannot exceed the safety rating of the tires. Based upon location, services are provided by 4x4 service trucks but the locations must be provided to our office at least 24-48 hours before servicing. Or we can arrange to service them at your main facility. We will work with you to try and provide the best solution for your needs.

Wheelchair / ADA Restrooms
Handicap accessible restrooms offer a larger interior for standard wheelchair maneuverability and interior side rails. We offer different versions; some requiring ramps and some that have the floor flush to the ground. These restrooms are ideal for locations and events that do not have access to ADA compliant facilities or that wish to offer a roomier unit for use as a family friendly option. The federally mandated usage is a minimum of 1 handicap unit for every 20 portables. For more information, please refer to the Americans With Disabilities Act.

HOLDING TANK
For use with trailers at sites that do not have sewer or septic tank disposal as permitted by county and state health department regulations. Plastic or fiberglass construction. Tanks can not be buried underground as they may collapse due to the weight on the top section. Please refer additional questions on local regulations to the appropriate permitting authority.
Standard dimensions for holding tanks are:

• Outside dimensions: 48" x 48" x 14" deep
• Intakes: 3" PVC
• Pump out: 4" PVC w/plug

Water Buffalo
A self-contained water tank system for use at remote sites that do not have access to any water supply. This trailer must be empty when transported between locations. The customer is responsible for acquiring water for the tank at the site. This trailer has 2 - 500 gallon tanks but recommended maximum capacity is 850 gallons. The pump system hooks up to a 15 amp, 110 volt power supply provided by the customer.

PORTABLE SINKS
2 person Hand Wash Stations feature either foot pump or sink top operation. These fit in small areas and include soap and paper towel dispensers. Both fresh and gray water are completely contained within the system. Water supply is non-potable (not drinkable). Areas where food will be served are required to have hand washing facilities for both servers and the served (see Regulations). Regulations also require that you should have at least 1 sink for every 10 portable restrooms at a special event or remote location.

PORTABLE TOILET CONTAINMENT TRAY
Wash-out trays are designed to be placed under a portable toilet while on the job-site. When our service driver arrives to clean the units at your location, all of the runoff wash water is collected in the tray and can then be removed by the vacuum hose.
These trays are a requirement if your project is going to be a LEED certified project. For more information about LEED certification, please visit the website for the US Green Building Council. www.usgbc.org
